Hairography

I'm not really a stylish hair type of person. The reason being is because I don't like to use wax or hair gel at all, because when I sweat, the whole face will become oily and its really not a good experience at all.

I still want to look presentable tho. So always, I either keep my hair long or keep it very very short. I will never maintain it to be in between. My hair was the longest when I was back in college. I think it was shoulder length, and because I can't take the amount of hair falls, I cut my hair ultra thin the next day, haha.

Well, deja vu. It happens again now. I was planning to keep my hair long until end of this December, but it's very discouraging when you already clean your room today and the next two days you can find hairs all over the place. So yeah, I decided to go all Prison Break again this time.

Whats the longest length of hair that you kept before? Any male visitor here that kept their hair longer than a girl? Haha do let me know by dropping by a few comment down below.

Until next time, see you around my friend =)

Love at First Sight

by Daniel Chiam

I was once a believer, had my moment and now I pretty much moved on. I'm sure there is people out there with a success story about falling in love at first sight, got married, have kids and still live happily together. I wish I was one of those people, but not today.

My brother said, love at first sight is pretty much one sided. We are the one with the strong feeling, and the one we fall in love with is pretty much questions mark. Well, falling in love is the easy part, whatever comes after that, is petty much the up hill climb or down hill fall.

If no action was taken, it would remain as a mere temporary affection for someone. Questions that has no answers. Feeling that has no response. If you choose to love someone secretly, I would tell you that it is not fun at all. It will cause more heartache rather than happy moment. A path that I strongly wouldn't suggest anyone to choose. *Sigh*

Well, if you really think that person is the one, and you can see a future together, then the best way to go is to pursue your happiness. Get to know them, make friend, be a close friend, get together as a couple, propose, get married and write a post about how the person you married is your love at first sight, haha.

I don't know how to write the second part positively. How to tell people that it is something worth to be cherish, that your infatuation for someone is worth taking the risk and just go for it. I don't have the conviction to say so. My story is pretty much going down hill, where reality hits hard and I have to live with it.

Anyway, that's another different story to tell.

Love at first sight, to me, it can happened to everyone but it would not always turned out right for all of us. It's not a feeling to be avoid, but rather it's a feeling that should be embrace and to just experience it to the fullest. Whatever the outcome of your love story, it is still a life experience that's worth the moment of your time on earth.

Goodbye

by Daniel Chiam

The wind howl to the coldness of the night.
Darkness creeps through your bedroom light.
I stand and stares for shadows of yours,
knowing that absence has no pause.

My heart linger with emotions for you.
Where is the moon when I needed light?
Where is the rain when I needed to conceal?
What am I doing? None of this is real.

Sigh.

The sounds of silent breaks the heart.
Peace will forever be hold,
Words will never be heard,
Infatuation is but a sweetest art.

Emit light will only go forth,
Miles and miles it will not stop.
I'll wake up today feeling worth,
Lyrics to beautiful poem of songs,
Yearning to be heard, by you and the world!

[Movie Review] Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011)

Epic final battle! 5/10

Just as I predicted, focus less on the human side and focus more on the robots side! The beginning part for me is just too much talking, but it was all needed to build up the story to leads everything into the second part. It's comical, funny and a lot of work is being done in order to explain the non-existent of Megan Fox.

Rosie, you're a darling but sadly the characters build for this movie is not as impressive as I thought it would be, maybe perhaps Bay thought that everyone is already familiar with all the characters after 2 movies. Yes for recurring cast and no for the new one.

Now, the end part is the most epic part! This is where I truly felt that Transformer is not just a kid show anymore. If the robots was to be replace with humans, Dark of the Moon will be one of the goriest movie for 2011.

The actions, the fight scene, the aliens, it was all truly awesomeness to the max! I don't think Transformer can get anymore hardcore than this. The flying body parts, the no mercy kills, the gigantic robots - it was all EPIC~NESS!

Bay do what he does best with the close up, the slow mo, and yes also with the hot chicks pose - cinematography at its level best! Story line was good, a few twist here and there tho some is predictable but still it was acceptable.

My advice is, be really really really amaze with the actions, effects and the robots. The rest, well... just enjoy the show. I would give 8/10 solely because of the 2nd half of the show only. Where the epic final battle begin! The rest of it... naaaahhh.

[Movie Review] X-Men: First Class (2011)

X-ceptional! 8/10

If you are not a fan of X-Men yet, and you have been listening or have being seeing fragments of every little bit of movies that's related to X-Men, then I strongly believe that after watching this prequel of the first X-Men movie, you will run to the sign up booth and registered yourself as a fan of the X-Men series.

This is by far one of the best prequel that has ever been made for movie series. It's really core to the core and origin of the origin of the story. This is the movie that made you go "Oh... that's how it happened!" (provided if you have never watch this part of the story in comic or the cartoon on tv before).

The story line is just brilliant and exceptionally well arrange. There was not a dull moment for you to sigh but even more frames per second for you to be amazed and to be in awe. This is truly the best X-Men series yet so far.

All in all, the actions is there, characters build is there, story line - fantastic, and its an overall close to perfect score for a movie of its own kind. It will worth every penny of your cents to watch it in the cinema. On a last note, you'll get to know why Mystique feels blue all the time, haha (lame joke).

Until next time, see you around my friend =)
