This movie is anything but logic and logic is dull. Neil Burger has every right to make the visual effect with such ecstatic flair. It's fresh and it brings out the best element for the movie.
It's not an epic movie but it's good enough to get you high and imagine what can you really do if you are able to get a 100% access to your brain.
Great performance by Bradley Cooper. You can really see the protagonist's transition from the beginning until the very end of the movie and Cooper is such a charmer. Then there's the legendary Robert De Niro, which he's presence itself already bring such a huge impression in the movie.

All in all, this sci-fi fantasy movie brings out the question if the possibility for such event to take place and what would one really do about it. Its fun to watch and it just wants to make you get high, haha.
Hi Daniel, found your blog through Eugene's. I watched this movie yesterday. I think this movie is great, it reminded us not to be obsessive with powers. But I couldn't really get the ending. How did Edward Morra get his NZT supply? >.<

ReplyDeleteWell the ending for the movie is tha Morra claimed that he didn't need the NZT anymore because of his prolonged use, plus a modified version by his private scientist that got rid of the kinks, allowed him to wean off it and it altered his brain chemistry to the point where he is practically superhuman.
