Well that was it, an hour ago I just made it official for U'nregistered Tees and Mitouki to start its business in the world wide web. I love each and every process of creating and making it possible. It was indeed an experience thats taught me a lot about myself and human's value.

My expectation? Haha, I honestly don't know what to expect because from here on, I have no power to control whats going to happened with Mitouki, U'nregistered Tees will go on no matter what. Its up to the people to decide and I'm really looking forward to the feedbacks that I'll get.

I have been advise that in this sort of business, the first few month is going to be tough because nobody knows you and you really need to work hard to put yourself in the spotlight and let yourself being notice. I guess the real work starts here >.<

I have written this business plan in my head ever since I finish form 6, I use it for my project during college years and now here I am, trying to fulfill my long time desire. A passion for fashion and a love for arts. Hopefully everything that I have plan will work well. Now its only a matter of perseverance and how badly you want to make it to the top.

You can't find us anywhere, because we're U'nregistered!

Which Is Healthier? Coffee Or Tea?

| Tuesday, November 10, 2009

Tea, especially green and white tea, is the source of some of the most powerful antioxidants known. Now, when comparing both, I'm actually comparing the tea and coffee by itself without other variable such as milk or sugar and I'm not talking about decaf either.

Japanese researchers have learned that women who drink at least 5 cups of green tea each day cut their risk of dying from heart disease by about a third. Their study followed 40,000 healthy adults for 11 years and was reported in the Journal of the American Medical Association last September, 2006.

Tea has a lower acidity and typically lower caffein levels if compare to coffee. Some studies have also shown that green tea help to reduce the risk of prostate cancer, and all cancer in general. Green tea also helps to reduce the presence of bacteria in your mouth that cause halitosis (bad breath).

Tea drinkers also had lower levels of cortisol, the stress hormone that is thought to play an important role in heart disease. Be aware that adding milk to tea interferes with its antioxidant activity. Tea by itself didn't taste so bad after all. I used to drink only tea for my diet last time (beside plain water) and it works really well.

As for coffee, a 20-year study of more than 100,000 people reported in the journal Circulation found only modest benefits to the heart. The worse part about coffee is, not much people could drink coffee without adding sugar or milk. I've tried Espresso before and its just like an inch (or maybe more) tall cup, but once you drink it, I think the caffeine level that you consume can keep you awake for two days straight or even more!

I personally love the Hot Venti Vanilla Cappuccino with extra shot from Starbucks, the local Kopi Tenom and of course Nescafe (but rarely). Now, coffee intake in general will cause no harm for you but tea is much better for health by comparison. My advice is, try to substitute your daily coffee intake with green or white tea, and enjoy coffee once in a while for a great pleasure of it.
